This event was for a digital media group project that was based on the theme of broadcasting a message through symbols. Our group decided to spread the word about a Rain Dance event at the UGA campus to help spiritually offset the current trend of severe drought conditions here in Georgia and promote water conservation awareness.

After the Rain Dance occured, the next day we did receive some very light showers in the city of Athens when the weather was not calling for any chance of rain. Coincidental? Perhaps, but who knows for sure. The record of the event was also published in the UGA magazine for the arts, Flagpole.
