Fix it first, SP, someone get a virus ready and then we shall hack this fellow's computer.

If the cave story ftp uses a database then I would recommend processing all user inputted string data with mysql_real_escape_string() and all user inputted whole numbers with intval(). That includes form fields, folder paths, and query strings. Always check both extensions AND mime types for all files that are uploaded.
